MSE Defense Services engineers, develops, and deploys technologies to resolve Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and commercial site waste problems. We have completed or are working on more than 80 projects at 26 facilities in 21 states. These technologies result in significant operational cost savings.

MSE is also a world leader in the field of plasma technology for waste material treatment systems. Currently, we are deploying two systems for the U.S. Army in Nevada and West Virginia. All our plasma waste treatment systems are designed and built at the MSE Mike Mansfield Advanced Technology Center (more about the facility).

Facility Modernization and Sustainability (FMS): The FMS group supports infrastructure modernization at troop-based facilities by providing engineering solutions to plant processes. Specifically, modernizing and increasing the efficiency of outdated processes at various ammunition and troop installations around the Army complex. The real strength of the FMS group is providing process modifications through instrumentation and control system modernization as well as chemical and materials handling improvements. More>
